Flo Tower restaurant is the first Brasserie concept restaurant in Beijing. The design of Beijing Fulou restaurant is also a true representation of the traditional "terminal Nord". Therefore, it is also known as "the restaurant in the dream". In 1999, the first restaurant of Fulou in Asia settled in China. The building began in Paris in 1901, and its founder, Mr. floder Er, named the restaurant after his abbreviation. More than half a century later. Mr. Jean Paul Bucher fell in love with and acquired the restaurant. He hired excellent chefs, carefully selected French fine wines, introduced traditional French food, and injected new vitality into the restaurant with unique ideas. The restaurant has an 800 square meter romantic open-air garden of Paris style. Everywhere is permeated with a strong French cultural atmosphere; the soul of the cuisine of Fulou has been trained and influenced by European orthodox French food culture, and even have working experience in Michelin star rated restaurants.
