The harvesting time is mid-to-late October. (5) Quality characteristics. 1. Sensory characteristics: The fruit surface is smooth, clean, brightly colored, yellow and white flesh, fine and brittle, juicy, sweet and sour. 2. Physical and chemical indicators: soluble solids ≥12.0, titratable acid ≤0.57, solid acid ratio ≥21.05, fruit coloration rate ≥80%. 3. Safety requirements: Product safety indicators must meet the relevant regulations of the state for similar products.
