Jinshan Peach is a fruit-shaped hypertrophy. The fruit core is very small, the skin is thin and juicy, the color is ruddy, the color is tender as an infant, the meat is soft, the flavor is sweet, the sweetness is fresh, and its shape is beautiful. It is famous for its bright colors, good taste and fine meat.

Jinshan Peach Quality Technical Requirements (1) Variety. Yulu 蟠 peach. (2) Site conditions. The soil type is green yellow mud, cyan mud, the soil texture is clay, the organic matter content is ≥3%, the soil pH is 6.0 to 7.0, and the soil tillage layer thickness is ≥50cm. (3) Cultivation management. 1. Breeding of seedlings: Using peaches as rootstocks, grafting methods are used to propagate seedlings. 2. Planting time: from early December to early March. 3. Planting density: ≤600 plants per hectare. 4. Fruit thinning: ≤120,000 fruit per hectare, ≤15000kg per hectare. 5. Bagging: 45 days to 60 days after flowering, the bagging rate is 100%. 6. Fertilization: Mainly organic fertilizer, applying organic fertilizer ≥15000kg per hectare per year. 7. Water management: no water should be poured 10 days before fruit harvesting. 8. Environmental and safety requirements: The use of pesticides, fertilizers, etc. must comply with relevant national regulations and must not pollute the environment. (4) Harvesting. Mid-July to mid-August. (5) Quality characteristics. 1. Sensory features: large fruit, small nuclear, fruit shape, bright color, soft meat, less fiber, thin and juicy skin, sweet taste, unique fruit flavor. 2. Physical and chemical indicators: single fruit weight ≥ 175g, soluble solid content ≥ 14%, total acid content ≤ 0.25%. 3. Safety and other quality technical requirements: Product safety and other quality technical requirements must comply with relevant national regulations.

Producers within the Jinshan Peach Peach Origin Area may apply to the Shanghai Jinshan District Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau for the use of the “Special Mark for Geographical Indication Products”, which shall be reviewed by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and reported to the AQSIQ for approval. The statutory testing agency of Jinshan Peach is designated by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.
