Fujian Oolong Tea

Oolong tea was a semi-fermented tea that was first created in Fujian during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. In the early 19th century, the production of oolong tea was also extended from Fujian to East Guangdong and Taiwan. Fujian Oolong tea products have their own quality characteristics, subdivided into Yubei Narcissus, Yubei Oolong, Weinan Tieguanyin, Weinan Color, Wuyi Rock Tea and Anxi Tieguanyin.
