Oolong tea was a semi-fermented tea that was first created in Fujian during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. In the early 19th century, the production of oolong tea was also extended from Fujian to East Guangdong and Taiwan. Fujian Oolong tea products have their own quality characteristics, subdivided into Yubei Narcissus, Yubei Oolong, Weinan Tieguanyin, Weinan Color, Wuyi Rock Tea and Anxi Tieguanyin.

"Cone chestnut" is abbreviated as chestnut, commonly known as "scorpion". Each nut of the chestnut is only one grain, globose-oval, rounded at the top and pointed at the top. Its shape is round or conical, hence the name "cone".
