This branch of the chain restaurant opened in 2019 and features an elegant but relaxed dining room decorated in a modern Chinese style. Counter seats affording views of the open kitchen are good for couples or solo diners. The menu is essentially the same as other branches, focusing on Taizhou and Cantonese cooking, and fish from the East China Sea. But the 28-day-old baby Peking duck is available exclusively at this location and needs pre-ordering.

Mr. Zhang Yong, the founder of Xinrongji group, was born in Linhai, Zhejiang Province. In 1995, Zhang Yong opened a small stall called "Xinrongji restaurant" on the Sanjiao road of Linhai, and began the exploration of delicious food. In 1998, the first branch of Xinrongji group, Jiaojiang store, was opened; since 2010, many branches of Xinrongji group have opened in Shanghai; in 2012, the opening symbol of Beijing Financial Street store, new Rongji brand entered Beijing for the first time.
