The harvest period is from July 20th to August 20th. (5) Processing. Processed using traditional processing techniques. 1. White attached tablets: Choose the agglomerate with uniform size. The quality requirement of mud aconite is ≤24 heads per kilogram. It is immersed in the aqueous solution of edible gallbladder for 7 days. It is cooked with the dip to the heart, and the peeled skin is removed. A sheet having a thickness of about 0.3 cm was rinsed with water for 3 days, and it was taken out by steaming and drying, and the package was inspected and stored. 2. Black Shun Tablet: Take the mud aconite, the quality requirement of the mud aconite is 7 days per kilogram of ≤ 78 heads immersed in the edible gallbladder aqueous solution, together with the dip liquid to cook through the heart, remove the water float, cut into a thickness of about 0.5cm. The tablets were rinsed with water for 3 days, and the steamed surface was taken out until it appeared on the oil surface. After the gloss was dried, the package was inspected and stored. 3. Cannon attached: Take a piece of 0.3cm to 0.5cm thick piece, use sand to bulge and slightly change color, sand temperature 180 ° C to 450 ° C, check the package into the warehouse. 4. Desiccated tablets: Take the salt aconite and rinse with water. Change the water 2 to 3 times a day until the salt is drained. Mix with licorice and black beans, add water to the heart, and cut the mouth and taste no numbness. Remove, remove the licorice, black beans, slice 0.3cm to 0.5cm to dry, check the package into the warehouse. (6) Quality characteristics. 1. Sensory requirements: (1) White attached tablets: no outer skin, the cut surface is yellowish white, the surface is shiny, translucent. (2) Black smooth film: the outer skin is dark brown, the cut surface is dark red, the surface is shiny, and it is translucent. (3) Cannon attached: The outer skin is dark brown, the cut surface is light yellow, and it is translucent. (4) Desiccated tablets: dark brown, with a keratinized section. 2.
