Xiqiao Town is located on the west bank of the lower reaches of the Lancang River. It is surrounded by mountains and seas and has fertile land. It has always been the “land of fish and rice” in the Chaoshan Plain, and it is also the land of Wushuang Yangmei, which is known as the “Lingnan Jiaguo”. Xiqiao Wushen nucleus is a late-maturing species with high yield, high quality, and is suitable for export. The fruit granules are more than 60 grains per kilogram. The color of the fruit is deep purple-red, bright and uniform; the fruit shape is nearly spherical, the flesh is thick and crisp and firm. The core is small and crisp, sour and sweet.

Jinyu Sancha olives, mainly produced in Jinzao Town, Shantou, Guangdong Province (originally produced in Jinyu Town, one of the predecessors of the town), and its peel yellow wax is bright, obovate, and the fruit base is flat, blunt, slightly tri-shaped, so name.

Ginger potato is grown only in the mountainous areas of the coastal areas of Chaoyang and Huilai. Among them, the most famous is the Shangkeng ginger potato in Hexi Town, Chaoyang. The ginger and potato skins on the pit are thin and smooth, the potatoes are white and the powder is smeared, and the quality is excellent.
