Nanshan Baimao Tea is produced in Heng County, Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Hengshan Nanshan White Hair Tea is named after it is full of velvet and white as snow. According to legend, Nanshan Baimao Tea was hand-planted by the Emperor Jianxi of the Ming Dynasty and named as White Hair Tea. "Guangxi Tongjian" contains: "Nanshan tea, leaf back white velvet like snow, sprouting and mining, delicate silver needles, color taste wins Longjing, drink the Qingfen tooth, natural lotus aroma, really different. Hengxian Nanshan Baimao Tea is divided into spring tea, summer tea and autumn tea; the shape of spring tea is full and strong, the color is dark green, moist, and the rope is tight and thick; the tea soup is rich in flavor, sweet and refreshing, aroma Thick, the bottom of the leaves is soft and bright. The shape of the summer tea is thicker and looser, the color is mixed, the leaf buds are woody; the tea soup is soaked, the leaf bottom is hard, the veins are exposed, and the copper green leaves are mixed. The shape of autumn tea is tight, silky, light, and green; the tea soup is light, the soup is mild, slightly sweet, the aroma is light, the leaf is soft, and the copper is single. In 1915, at the Wan Guo Expo held in the United States to commemorate the opening of the Panama Canal, Hengshan Nanshan Baimao Tea won the second prize, and then won the second prize at the Nanjing Commodity Exhibition. Since then, Nanshan Baimao has a strong reputation and is famous all over the world.

Nanshan Baimao Tea Quality Technical Requirements (1) Cultivars. White hair tea. (2) Site conditions. The soil in the tea area is loose and contains many gravel. The thickness of the soil layer is ≥39cm, the pH value is between 4.0 and 6.5, the organic matter content is ≥1.5%, the altitude is ≥200m, and the irrigation and drainage conditions are good. (3) Cultivation management. 1. Reproduction: pure quality cuttings or seedlings of pure variety. 2. Planting: (1) Planting density: 4.5 to 70,000 plants per hectare. (2) Colonization time: every spring or autumn. 3. Fertilizer management: organic fertilizer ≥1500kg/667m2 (mu), fertilizer ≤50kg/667 m2 (mu) 4. Environmental and safety requirements: the use of pesticides, fertilizers, etc. must comply with relevant national regulations and must not pollute the environment. (4) Fresh leaves are picked. 1. Picking time: Spring and Autumn. 2. Regional restrictions and altitude: 200 to 600 meters. 3. Picking standards: Special grades require picking of one bud; one level requires one bud and one leaf to account for more than 90%, and one bud and two leaves to account for less than 10%. (5) Processing technology. Fresh leaves → apricot (more than 3 hours) → killing → 揉捻 → hair fire → foot fire → Mao tea → refined (six) quality characteristics. 1.
